Description

Dry hop addition on FV4 (Broody, batch 142) kept fermenting after crash — gravity crept from 1.012 down to 1.008 over 72h in cold storage, consistent with diastatic activity from hop creep.

Held flat for 24h so far. Adding a hop-creep hold step to the standard dry-hop SOP either way.

  2. MWmarcus.whelanIn progressAug 14 · 09:33 AM

Fresh gravity sample kit received. Re-testing daily until it holds flat for 48h.

  3. MWmarcus.whelanDiagnosedAug 13 · 05:33 PM

Gravity drop matches classic hop-creep pattern, not a stuck-fermentation restart. Re-testing before re-crashing.
