Description

TTB COLA review for the Barrel No. 7 (batch 150) 500ml bottle label caught a mismatch between the declared ABV on the front label and the fermentation record (11.4% printed vs 11.2% actual).

Resolution

Front-label ABV corrected to match the fermentation record and the COLA re-filed. Approved on resubmission; the printer's proof-checklist now includes a side-by-side ABV comparison against the batch record before any label goes to print.
